Chenna: 200 gm

Powdered sugar: 1-2 tbsp

Method to prepare:

Knead the chenna smoothly and blend chenna and powdered sugar in a pan gently. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till the chenna is left not too dry or too soft.

Take off the flame and spread the mixture on a plate and let it cool.  Once cooled, cut the sandesh into desired shapes and serve.
