Blogging and bloggers are just inseparable or conjoined and this I have realised after a month-long self-imposed exile, I was dying to come back to this exciting world of blogging and finally have managed to blog my first post in September, struggling hard the writer’s block syndrome. All these while, I have travelled a lot, read some books and renewed my interest in meta physics with a brilliant book by Steven Weinberg, I have just come across and when I have come back to US, seasons have changed.
Summer is gone, leafs are turning yellow and pinkish signalling the onset of Autumn and back home in India, the gloomy clouds have paved their way for bright and clear azure blue Autumn sky. The onset of Autumn ushers us in to the festive moods, today being the first day of Navratri, followed by Durga Puja, memories which every true blue Bong love to cherish and the firecracker lit Diwali nights.
Its time to bid adieu the Monsoon and welcome the Autumn festivities, so here I am with the roundup of Monsoon Medley, an event organised to celebrate the moods of monsoon. The next event in the Healing Foods Series will be held here shortly and the theme is Coconut to celebrate the festive month October.
I have received some of the spicy and savoury appetizers to enjoy the Monsoon and would like to thank my readers as well as my blogger friends who have supported me in this venture and bow to all those who have liked my Fb page and become the subscriber of saffronstreaks.
