Creamy scrambled eggs with chives.
  • Eggs : 3 large
  • Butter : a knob
  • Cream or full cream milk : ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chive : half a bunch
  1. Whisk the eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and milk until all the ingredients combined.
  2. While whiking the eggs use egg whisker, it makes the job easier.
  3. All the ingredients must reach same consistency, should not look patchy. Yolk should be beaten well.
  4. Warm up the non stick pan. Melt the butter.
  5. Heat should be lowest minimum possible.
  6. Pour the eggs and wait for say around 20 - 30 seconds.
  7. Stir it with a spatula, fold it and let it sit for another 15 seconds or so.
  8. Repeat it until all the egg mixture becomes fluffy, soft and set well.
  9. When it is slightly runny at places, switch off the heat and let it cook in that heat.
  10. Give a final stir, and shower it with freshly ground pepper and chopped chives.
  11. Serve warm on a toasty bread.
