Baul singers from Bengal was performing there, though I did not understand much but music was very pleasant.
There was an elaborate food court with around 35 stalls and they were selling everything from radhaballabi and allo dum to moghlai parota, cutlets, chicken biryani, ilish and chingri macher dish , kosha mangso, maghai pan, mishti from Mishti and Bancharam who are going to open their outlet soon in Bangalore.

Jaymahal Durga puja seems to lost half of its crowd to neighbouring puja at gaytri vihar, compared to earlier years there is hardly any food stall present worth mentioning. It was themed as jorasanko thakur bari which is rather quiet difficult to decipher.
