Treat yourself this summer with exquisite Guava fruit punch – an amazing blend of sweet nectar of guava with citrus fruits like oranges or lemon, a bit of spices and herbs throws in to give this fruit punch a perfectly balanced taste. To make it more savory , top it with crushed ice and serve chilled.
Guava nectar (fresh or tinned) : 300 ml
Juice of one ripe lemon
Ginger ale : 1 tbsp
Sugar as per taste
Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Water : 1 cup
Few mint leaves
I have used the apple guava with red pulp for this fruit punch, you can freshly make the pulp in your blender or can use the tinned ones.
In a juicer mix the guava nectar with juice of lemon, ginger ale, freshly pounded black pepper powder, water, sugar and tear few mint leaves into it.
Whip it up and fruit punch is ready.
Serve it over crushed ice and enjoy the lazy summer afternoons with nature’s own goodness loaded with dietary fibres, minerals, vitamins -A and contains more Vitamin -C than in an orange.
